We toured the Malaysian Cultural Village. It was fun. We each got to "ring the doorbell" to let everyone know we had arrived.
We got to learn about many native plants.
WE dressed up in traditional Malay outfits.

Then we all got to try it out! It was fun!
Then we made some soap.
Hudson got to learn how to make his favorite drink...milk tea!
Jonathan and Regan learned how to make Roti.
Then we each got to try it...I'm not a fan of milk tea, but I LOVE Roti Canai!
The kids did shadow puppets.
And we learned how to shoot blow dart guns.
Our Batik pictures got to come home with us at the end.
We visited Mamaw's favorite candy store (with free samples!)
sunset from Mamaw and Papaw's place
Jonathan and Papaw took Hudson out and he got an iced milk tea in a bag. Unfortunately, he didn't know you couldn't put it down on the table like a normal drink and come back to it later, so he lost over half of it when it spilled onto the floor.
Hudson has been waiting for this for months!!! He finally gets to go bowling! He was a little frustrated at the beginning because they didn't have any bumpers, but by the second game, he was starting to get the hang of it.
The look of a happy boy who just got a strike!
YEAH! She got most of them down!
Pure Joy. Little Caesars!!! We had no idea!
I filled up on the Crazy Bread!
He loves his big sister :)
The symbol of Singapore, the Merlion.
No, he did not do this on his own...his siblings taught him what to do :)
He fell sound asleep in the car.
This little resting spot had some crazy acoustics. The girls liked the mushroom seats.
Gardens by the Bay...
These "trees" light up at night, but are covered in flowers and plants during the day...very nice
The view from the top
They have a bridge that you can walk across and enjoy the views.
Cheese!
He always gives me some good smiles for selfies...I think he knows how much I like to have pictures of each of them :)
The best photobomb picture this summer :)
Katherine found her favorite store...it's a good thing that she didn't have any money to spend. I believe she would have bought them all!
This one was her favorite! She is such a plant/flower lover. She says she going to be a nurse and a botanist on the side...so thins year for Science she is doing and in-depth study on Botany...for the entire year! She cannot wait (she's already been reading ahead)
Perfect timing! A new movie came out while we were visiting! The Lion King. Now we just have to wait for Aladdin to come out on DVD so we can see it also. We had a great time visiting and it went by way too fast!!
