We had a great day in the Smokey Mountains! These two unfortunately had hurt feet and had to modify our hiking plans, but it didn't stop us all from having a fantastic day together.

We all wore our Appalachian Trail shirts in honor of Papaw.
Lauren was on an ice cream kick in America...so Mamaw made her some homemade fudge to go on top
Drew and Hudson...they had a sleepover and stayed up all night. It's also where Hudson broke his foot playing soccer.
Hadassah and Lauren...they also had a sleepover. It was actually just a day or two after they had moved into a new house.
Since it was a day with just Katherine at the house, we decided to make it special by heading over to Pelican's Snowcones. I got Banana and Strawberry Lemonade

Katherine had the best day picking out a tree with Emily and then helping plant it in her front yard.
She bought a new pair of gardening gloves....one happy girl!
The kids asked for McDonald's...Lauren was quite disappointed with her small fries HAHA
The backpacks are packed and ready to be dropped off.
Regan was away at camp. I went to pick her up at the airport and this is how she came to me. Come to find out, she hurt hurt ankle playing capture the flag...yes, she won :)
We went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. Thankfully Lauren was off her crutches and we could pass them along to Regan.
They just wanted to do everything together ;)

We got to church to find out that our relative broke her foot on the same day as Hudson and Regan. So crazy!

My friend, Xiao Jun, bout Regan an Apple Watch for graduation! What a surprise! And everyone was super interested in watching her get it set up.
The kids all wanted to do some car washing. So, we lined up the cars and washed them all. Hudson had to be careful not to get his boot wet.

Regan was able to help dry off the cars.
Mamaw told him that eating more green veggies would help him grow taller...just two days before he said he doesn't like them and now...well, they seem to be his favorite.
Poor Katherine. We went to the doctor because she has had more headaches and we wanted to ask about it. She happened to pass out then the general doctor didn't like some of her other numbers so we got sent to a pediatric cardiologist for a whole host of tests. She passed all with flying colors!
Emily got a Union shirt from her work and gave it to me. So Regan and i needed a selfie in our Union shirts.

Meet Katherine. This is one of my mom's kittens (her cat had 6) and we think it's super cute and told her she should keep it. Since Katherine liked it first, she kept calling it Katherine's cat. Now the cat only comes to Katherine. SO we have two Katheirnes in the family now ;)
We have pictures in front of Walmart with Mamaw in multiple countries. So we thought we would add the US to the list :)
We drove through Cades Cove. The horses were so beautiful and healthy.
We took a short little excursion away from the road to get a picture.
Lauren and Katherine just had to go run in the field afterwards.

The gloves help with the blisters. We opted for a paved trail to help out Regan and Hudson. WE didn't want anymore broken bones or twisted ankles.

On the way back from the mountains, we stopped on Chapman highway to try a new icecream place. Sugar Queen Creamery
The ice cream is more firm compared to Cruze ice cream, but the portion sizes are still huge!

Last minute shopping and a quick drive through Chic-fil-A. They accidentally gave Mamaw the toy instead of ice cream, so Katherine wore the mask ;)
