The swans swam by as we were walking around.
Setting up the volleyball net
celebrated a baptism to start the day off!!
At first we did kids against adults, but it quickly became obvious that we needed to mix the teams up a bit.
Everyone had so much fun
The wind started to pick up around lunch time and the lake started to fill with "sail boats" or wind surfers.
The kids changed into their swimsuits once they realized that this lake was much cleaner and prettier than the last one we visited...definitely a swimming lake
We hung out in the shade for some pizza and fellowship
Since there were some new youth there, we decided that everyone should reintroduce themselves and tell their favorite gelato flavor.
The lake went from perfectly calm to crazy waves.
Before heading home, Katherine, Lauren, Hudson, and I walked up to the castle to look around.
The kids said I needed my picture by it, too.
Katherine loved all of the ivy growing around the wall.
Leading up to the castle (the gates were closed so we couldn't go in this time)
lovely homes and courtyards
Katherine said that this spot was a must for pictures...a home with ivy and the castle behind it.
quaint little streets
Cute little lizard painted on the gate above the flowers
Our good friend, Soey, sent us this picture of her little girl, Anastasia. She is so cute, and I can't believe how big she is already!
Regan sent me this picture of her and her roomies heading to church one Sunday.Lauren is as a temporary dance studio until hers in finished with the renovations. She has to change into her close at school and then we walk straight there.
