SLOWLY Opening Back Up (part 2)

This is called pure happiness!
The muslim noodle shop is one of their favorites. Half of us showed up to order takeout and they said that we were allowed to come in and eat! Hooray!
Don't worry. He's not eating by himself. He's saving the "boys' table" while Jonathan went home to get the other kids to come out and eat with us.
The playground is still roped off, but they were able to sit on the ducks in the drained pond ;)
We had a McDonald's "picnic" We each ordered individually so that it was easier to carry our food.
We found a bench outside to eat while we waited to meet some friends to walk and talk for a bit.
We haven't seen little Phinehas in a couple of months! He still wanted to sit with his 2 favorite people :)
Someone is getting tired...
Going, going, gone.
It seemed like everyone was wanting to get out and enjoy the park! They screened each of us before we entered....they were also counting how many people were in the park at one time. I'm not sure what limit they had preset, but we were all able to get in for a walk.
Regan always has the little ones chase her...and they love it!
These two are alway wanting to climb on the rocks and such.
ROAR!
Regan was running backwards and little Naomi said, "Be careful. I'll help you!"
Playing with the rocks
Having a nice little chat
He wanted to order at Starbucks. I told him if he could play like a kid for awhile then I would let him order a coffee and go talk with the men for a while. He had to stand behind the yellow and black line to order and get his temperature checked before he paid. "I would like a tall espresso frappuccino" :)
He was one happy boy...momma almost always says no to Starbucks for kids :)
Hudson borrowed our friend's jacket and made a nice little tent so he could "stay warm" and play a quick game on Daddy's phone.
Katherine was thirsty, so we went to get a drink. We ran into a man who looked very needy and was trying to make money by selling balloons on the street. I bought a hat for all the kids to play with in the windy plaza.
He loved chasing the balloon hat .
Hudson in the hat :)
I can't believe how big Joseph is getting. We don't get to see them nearly as often as we would like. We just don't live as close as we used to, but I love the pictures and videos that Hillary sends to me. I wish you could see him play/dance with his cars. It's absolutely adorable. Hudson decided that he had outgrown this particular toy so we mailed it to Joseph. He is THRILLED!
Just a random picture on the bus. No more temperature checks, but absolutely 100 percent of people, kids, and babies must wear a mask or they cannot get on. So, all of these things are good....slowly getting back to normal...but that's VERY GOOD!
